HELP PLEASE DIALOGUE DIRECT SCAM?

I am really desperate for a job right now I have a small part-time job at an art shop but still looking to pursue other opportunities. I am a college graduate with my BA in Political-Science and I would like to do something in this field. I have been looking at cause groups recently and came across Dialogue Direct on craig's list, I spoke to one of the recruiters and all she told me was that everyone starts out canvassing, I know canvassers don't earn much and I am looking to earn a LIVING AT THIS POINT. I am going to be 24 this year and I would like to move out of my parents' house and live on my own while doing a job I love. Is this charity legit?? they claim that they pay their employees a decent wage ($11/hr for canvassers) and there are lots of "room for growth and opportuntities" while claiming health benefits for those who stay after 3 months. I know just know there is a quota you must be or some kind of catch. I'm trying to be critical cause this happened with Grassroots Campaigns before so I dont want it happening again. Before I go any further and go to the interview I need to know both the PROS AND CONS of working for this company and if you think it is worth it. I would appreciate your insight and feedback (peferably those who are experienced). Being UNEMPLOYED SUCKS and I'm growing depressed everyday. I know it's my fault so don't give me rants about it. Thanks.
