Should I drop my prerequiste class?

I'm hoping to transfer this fall. Right now something happen and I wouldn't be able to be fully focus on one of my pre requiste. Currently, I'm an electrical engineer and I'm taking calculus 3, physics: thermo, light, and wave, c++, and engineering circuits. I'm thinking dropping of circuits because of personal reasons and I won't be able to focus on circuits as much as other class. I want to transfer this fall and dropping circuits with a W would look bad. Just wondering, should I drop it and get a W's?
