I've tried everything! But I still can't seem to gain weight!?

I'm 16, and I have been trying for years to gain weight. I have always been skinny and I feel really self concious about it. Physically my body doesn't look that bad, I am quite toned and I have quite a broad frame, however I am only about 130 lbs. I eat healthily, I have tried to eat foods high in carbohydrates. I have even tried weight lifting but thats difficult for me because I have a problem with my left hand which means I cant lift with it. I was hoping that when I hit puberty I would fill out and put on weight, for some reason I haven't and all my friends have. What can I do? I get really down about it :(

I'm a 15 y/o girl, and I think that the most important thing is being happy with your body. Almost all clothes look good on a body that is fit and healthy. After that, your options are not as limited and you can wear whatever the heck you want. I wouldn't bother going for a "look" but just wearing what you want. Obviously avoid things that make you look bad, but other than that... the key is loving your body, which is what I discovered this year. Confidence doesn't come from wearing a certain type of clothing to create an impression on people, but from keeping your body at its prime (by eating right, exercising a lot) and knowing that you got the stuff. Water heater problems with a pop up camper?

I have a Viking camper and the pilot lite will not stay lit. I lite it as you are suppose to and when you release the pilot button the pilot will go out. It lites every time, but wont stay lit. I baught a fancy pet rat from the pet shop two weeks ago and i think she is pregnant.. They said theres no chance she could be pregnant however she is showing all the signs of pregnancy. All in one ac unit freezing up?

I live in a Manufactured home and its a 3.5 ton unit all in one package outside. I went out yesterday and came home and the thermo said 86 in the house. I went outside and seen the copper tube coming from the compressor was like a block of ice. I went under the house to see if the duct might have collapse due to an animal but nothing was collapsed. I shut it off all night and turned it on this morning and it was running fine. The system hit the 79 degrees I set it at and when it recycled to start up again nothing came out of the vent and the outside unit started freezing up. I again shut it off for a few minutes and now it is running. Any ideas what could be the problem before getting a service tech? I have 3 kids in the house and its going to be 97 degrees today. You see a kid with a bloated belly or a toothless old man in some third world country with a mile wide smile and you know how they can do it? Because in spite of not havel dollar one to their name, they know they've got the love of someone and that as long as they have that, whether it's family, a friend, or out of the kindness of a stranger, they'll be all right and that life is full of possibilities, for better or worse. As long as you've got the sun shining in your face and the world beneath your feet, you've got a wealth of potential to do damn near anything you want. You just have to do some hard thinking, make some tough decisions, try some different approaches, make a few sacrifices be they habits, friends, family, etc, and just don't give up on yourself. On Oct 15th 2009 I was fired from a rent to own company called Rent 1st in LV NV. Prior to being fired we were under new management, they were racist against both women and African Americans. They made several comments stating this job was best suited for Caucasians and Hispanics, they demoted me but continued to have me perform my job duties as a Sales Manager but paid me as a representative. They refused to give any promotions to me as they stated I was not ready, however I was the top sales associate in the nation. They only hired Hispanics, released others from employment based on their age and race. We have applications from potential candidates in which the manager wrote "older black male" or "young white guy". I knew I was in trouble as they constantly looked for reasons to reprimand me so prior to being terminated I filed a suit with EEOC . 3 weeks after filing I was terminated. As a Sales rep my duties are to gain revenue, in order to do so I had to be at the store but they constantly had me out doing deliveries and then would reprimand me for not meeting my daily quota! It was a setup!! One day they sent me out to a service call, they asked me to drive a vehicle which was unregistered and uninsured. In the state of Nevada if I was pulled over I would be held responsible. I declined and gave them my reasoning as I did not feel comfortable driving that vehicle. They sent me home and told me not to come back. When I went to file unemployment they tried to fight it saying I was fired for insubordination but I had all records from DMV indicating the trucks were not current on registration and had lapsed insurance. I won but its been almost 2 years since filing with EEOC and still nothing. In fact I haven't heard from the gentleman who took my case in almost 9 months. What that does is lets the engine warm up to operating temps. faster. At operating temps. the car is more fuel efficient and more powerful. I went from 340 to now 238. I'm going to continue losing weight until I feel like my looks are up to par with what they should be. I need a goal though so I can aim towards something. Home ac blows hot when set to cool.?

Ok sounds like when you pulled the cover you shorted something out. It is important to know if you actually have a heat pump or a furnace. If you have a heat pump you must energize the reversing valve from the T-stat to make the outside unit shift from heating to cooling. Since you are starting to learn about HVAC look at the low voltage wiring on the outside unit. An orange wire from the thermostat to the outside unit is what would cause this shift. Do you have more than just 2 wires coming from the T-stat to the outside unit? Low voltage problems can be the most difficult to troubleshoot. Many so called techs can't even do it. Troubleshooting low volts is not a task for a newbie no offense meant.

To be blunt, no. Hot rocks do not heat the air of the tank and, therefore, the snake itself cannot stay warm unless they remain in contact with the rock. Cut down on how many classes you are taking a semester so that you can relax and spend more time on each of them. You don't need to be in a hurry to get your bachelors degree. If you are in a hurry you are only learning to pass the class you aren't taking everything in like you should and want to. You have to high of expectations for yourself as well so you are stressing and not focusing on what needs to be done. Learn to meditate or some sort of relaxing techniques.

Then place chip B at location B. When I try this chip B seems to get cold. It should get cold on 1 side and hot on the other side. But it seems to be getting cold on both sides. I'm 5'4", and I weigh 115, and I always look up at curvier, taller girls and feel jealous. You should learn to love your body-I know, it's definitely tough to do-by showing off your curves. I'm a 15 y/o girl, and I think that the most important thing is being happy with your body. Almost all clothes look good on a body that is fit and healthy. After that, your options are not as limited and you can wear whatever the heck you want. I wouldn't bother going for a "look" but just wearing what you want. Obviously avoid things that make you look bad, but other than that... the key is loving your body, which is what I discovered this year. I have lost 26 pounds but how the hell to I get toned!? I have been doing situps crunches butt exercises and everything else but im not seeing a difference specially in my waist area and butt and thighs area :( my love handles are a disaster and they gush out and omg im just getting so discouraged. And then I have been reading stuff about loose skin? And how the only way to get rid of it is surgery? Is that what I have? Or is it fat? Let me put one thing out there I have never been obese or anything and I'm obviously young, if I countinue to loose weight will it just tighten up on it own? I do have stretch marks on my oblique areas but those have been there ever since I can remember. Also 2 more questions with weight lifting 1) If i start to lift weights consistently and gain muscle will it get rid of the fat? 2) If i start to do leg press's from the machine in the gym will it tone my thighs and butt? My rebuilt d16z6 with y8 head bogs/hesitates/backfires when I give it gas.?

Its fine on light throttle, but trying to get into traffic with maybe 1/2-3/4 throttle it hesitates and backfires. I have the mechanical and ign. timing almost dead on. Also the timing belt is slapping the timing belt cover. And my speedo and temp gauge jump up and down, even just cruizing they jump, but they are reading. I have oil pressure, water temp, and a tach wired to the battery and their own switch, and they are also jumping. I have a chipped p28 ecu which blew the acg(s) fuse when it was hesitating on WOT and now when I swap between the stock p05 and chipped p28, so im currently on the stock p05. The ecu, plug wires, fuel pump and filter were all fine before I did the swap. Do I have a short some where? What should I check? I have a dmm, but dont really know how to use it. My thermo stat housing ground and tranny ground are tight and clean, but only had .6-.7 continuity. Sorry for long question, just trying to cover the basics.

There's nothing actually wrong with them using thermal equipment. They just can't use it to get a search warrant, meaning they use it to find people to follow then wait for them to do something wrong. Why is it that I still feel anxious even after overcoming my shyness?

your distributor is your air handler. your outside fan unit is your condenser. the sweat is condensation. your gurgling noise is your condensate drain line and or your liquid line or txv issue. your cooling grids is your evaporative coil. your cold air building up is not building up it is simply not moving over the coil with enough volume and velocity. your new stat is probably not wired correctly and not set up correctly. and will it run your type system correctly. and if your coils were filthy when the pressures were checked it was a waste of time without proper airflow. something electronic is failing or cutting in and out, or your fan motor is bad and not pulling enough air some times. if the coil is iced up turn on the heat pump which will warm the coil in the air handler and you have to pull off the big pieces as they release. and put a shop vac on your drain line, and pour some vinegar dow n your drainline. and the evap coil will always be wet when cooling it is how the condensation is removed, unless you leave the fan set to on during cooling then you just put it back in the airflow. and if your coil was that filthy, you are not changing your filter as you should, which should be a cheap throwaway if you dont have a high cfm media filter or similar, not a fifteen dollar restrictive filter, ask your good ac guy about static pressures. i say good ac guy because you need to find one, and also have him maintenance the equip twice a year which you are also not doing. its a machine, it needs qualified maintenance. EDIT sorry didnt mean to sound like a jerk. and extremely sorry youre at the mercy of the apt maint guy.

Thermo Phen Phen has always worked great for me so I think it is the best. I have tried both versions but prefer the regular silver version. They both give you energy and control your appetite but the Gold is definitely a lot stronger on the energy side and was too much so for me. if your can jump the switch i would just jump it its not gona hurt anything for it to run all the time. I had the same problem and my fan wasnt coming on because the ground wire from the engine to the frame wasnt connected. look for the ground wire on the frame around the front wheels it will be from the engine or around the transmission. My wire was actually connected to the alternator housing. Also just for $hits and giggles check to see if your circulating coolant you might have a clog in your radiator.

I need some information on swimming?

I am thinking about joining the swim academy at my high school for freshman year. In academy they teach you how to play the sport, and that will be beneficial considering I know practically nothing about it and I can't swim all that great. But the only thing is I am concerned on how it will impact my thighs and shoulders.. I mean I know its excersize and its one of the best excersizes you can do, but I already have somewhat large thighs and broad shoulders, its not really muscle, I just have a higher body fat percentage. around 32%.. My honda has a surging idle?

I have a 1995 honda civic. It DOESNT stall or die when idling or coming to a stop, it simply surges from around 1500-2500. Now when the car is warmed up and i take off the intake pipe, i cover the bottom hole in the throttle body, and the surging stops but idle is still a little high. However, when I cover both of the holes in the throttle body, it idles perfectly. There is a lot of suction coming from the bottom hole. I already tried tightening the fast idle thermo valve (FITV) with no luck. And sometimes when I cover both holes and then take my hand away, it will idle fine until I shut the car off. There isnt a check engine light on. What could it be?

Where is the COOLING SYSTEM THERMO FAN SWITCH on 2003 saab 93 2.0t?

I'm having same problem w my 01 saab 9-3 2.0t. I read that a common problem on these is the resistor on the fan itself burning out not allowing the low fan setting to operate causing the car to over heat in traffic. Which is what mine is doing. I remove the low fan and high fan relay and used a jumper wire to verify fan operates on low and high settings and it does so I know mine is not the resistor. now i am serching for the fan switch sensor too thinking it is not telling the computer to turn the low fan on in traffic.

well i the reason why i am asking this is because i have been trying to conceive for the last 8 months. I usually ovulate around day 13 in my cycle, but this time i think i ovulated early and i was not expecting this. Today is the 11th day of my cycle and im afraid i have already ovulated. i took an ovulation test this morning and i had a line not quite as dark as the controls and tonight it was even fainter. i did not think much of it because sometime my body likes to trick me into believing i am ovulating and then after the next few days i would really ovulate. i didn't get to chart my temps this time cause the battery in my thermo died...so my question is that does the line mean anything or could it be my body tricking me again and me really ovulating when i am supposed to...on the safe side though my husband and i tried tonight just hoping that we have not been too late.

House blower motor runs when thermo is on Heat/Auto, but relay just clicks repeatedly when set to A/C or On?

If I turn the heat on, the fan runs normally. But if I turn on the A/C or set the thermostat to the 'On' position, the relay clicks over and over, and the fan never fully starts. In A/C mode, the outside unit starts, but the inside fan doesn't. The relay clicks, and the fan tries to start, but never fully starts. Bad relay? Bad thermostat?

Now when the car is warmed up and i take off the intake pipe, i cover the bottom hole in the throttle body, and the surging stops but idle is still a little high. However, when I cover both of the holes in the throttle body, it idles perfectly. There is a lot of suction coming from the bottom hole. I already tried tightening the fast idle thermo valve (FITV) with no luck. And sometimes when I cover both holes and then take my hand away, it will idle fine until I shut the car off. What could it be?

We have a fly problem!!!?

My cabin is in northern Minnesota.When we are not there we keep the thermostat at 45 degrees.when we arrive we turn up thermo to 68. and the flys show up. The cabin is 3 yrs.old and is on a concrete slab.Metal roof and outside walls.well insulated and tight. With outside temps at 20 to 30 below zero I assume the flys have been in the house structure. Too many processes running on Windows 7. Help!?

Hi, I have an HP laptop about a year old and it recently started freezing up constantly. I figured out I had about 85 processes running and that was most likely the cause (Or so I hope.) I'm going through and trying to clear out all the programs I don't need. I came across a whole lot of programs that I don't know exactly what they do. I mainly use the computer for schoolwork, facebook, e-mail, photoshop, iTunes, watching DVDs, and things of that sort. I don't do much gaming on it. I'm not sure if this is too broad of a question, but what are the minimum processes that I should be running? I tried doing some research on all of the processes, but most of it didn't make much sense to me. Secondly, could it be the processes making it freeze up? It'll run for maybe 5 minutes, freeze, and then I have to power it down. If I take the battery out and leave it for a while it'll work for maybe a half hour and then freeze again. It runs on Safe Mode fine though. This is kind of two questions in one but could anyone help me? I'm desperate here. ANY help is appreciated. THANK YOU! (:
