Worried about what other people think about me quitting my job?

I just graduated college, and I'm getting married in two weeks. I have been working at a place that I can't stand anymore for almost 4 years. The other day, I put my two weeks notice in, because I was mos tlikley getting fired anyhow for not meeting my sales quota. I don't have a job lined up yet, but I figured I could borrow some of the wedding money we get to hold me over for a month or two untill I get my next job. I just worry about what other people will think when they know I quit my job when I don't have another one yet. I worry that people will think I'm weak for not appreciating the job I already had. I just coulden't deal with the stress anymore. My finace told me to stop worrying about it.
