Is it ok that i put a thermo controlled heat rock inside my snakes hot side hide to make him get heated up?

To be blunt, no. Hot rocks do not heat the air of the tank and, therefore, the snake itself cannot stay warm unless they remain in contact with the rock. This can lead to bad thermal burns that can turn into costly vet bills. If you want the warm side of the tank to raise temp, use multiple heat lamps(if you don't have one already). Trust me, I used hot rocks when I got my first snakes, and they are very dangerous. Several of my snakes got bad burns, and one of my ball pythons was burned so badly he had burn scars for the rest of his life.
