1991 honda accord cooling fan will not turn on when car it on. !!!Overheating but all new parts?

if your can jump the switch i would just jump it its not gona hurt anything for it to run all the time. I had the same problem and my fan wasnt coming on because the ground wire from the engine to the frame wasnt connected. look for the ground wire on the frame around the front wheels it will be from the engine or around the transmission. My wire was actually connected to the alternator housing. Also just for $hits and giggles check to see if your circulating coolant you might have a clog in your radiator.
