this is abt my friend she want to do mbbs but she got less percentage in 12th her pcb percentage is 45 she said she wil take seat by nri quota as her bro is working abroad whether it is possible to take seat lyk tat and how much it wil cost per year and which clges in karnataka provide seats through nri quota??plz help
