Isn't it time 'human rights' were settled?

More are made up every day. Someone just has to take offence to something, take someone to court and get a new human right. People with high risk of HIV, perhaps with HIV already, now have a human right to donate blood. Obese people have a human right for surgery. Quotas are enforced. Perfume is banned. Bananas are offensive. Lager and cigarettes are banned, port and cigars are not. Will common sense ever be found again? Or has political correctness won?
