Please help me for aieee.please help.please?

hello, i have got 90 marks in aieee 2011.My all india overall rank is 104169 and category rank(general) is 72282.I am from Assam and my overall state rank is 816 and category rank(gen) is 565.Please tell me whether i will get admission in silchar nit(any branch except mechanical) or assam university(information technology).Is there any possibility of getting any chance as there are 5 rounds of counselling.As per as my knowledge 50 percent of the seats are reserved for assam candidates.Will i get admission from home state quota?I am not willing to go to other nits or private colleges.I may go to nit agartala or tezpur university if i get any chance.Please tell me whether i will get any chance . please..please....please.
