If I want a berth in train from Manmad to Hyderabad, where I have to drop the Emergency quota letter?

I want to make journey from Manmad to Hyderabad on 14th June, 2011. But present status is Waiting list in 3AC. However, I want to get a berth on that day in Emergency quota. So where I have to drop the EQ letter to get a berth in 3AC on 14th June, 2011 from Manmad to Hyderabad
