Can some help me find the best approach?

Alright, my novels planned, and I have a little over five pages written on the first day. I want this book to be 700-900 pages. 250 words a page. How should I approach this day by day? Can someone give me a day by day quota of words I have to complete a day in order to finish by the start of September?
