Fellow Seniors, has technology saved us money in respect to?

jokes and such? I remember office jokes being duplicated with carbon paper, then thermo-copy and later dry copy. E mail has streamlined this. But now there are more jokes. So is money being saved in time and material in duplication verses by electronic, but more being processed by individuals, or is it a wash?
