I want to get admitted to iem or heritage btech ece through foreign nri quota or managementquota...?

My competitive exm ranks r bad.I want 2 know whether management quota students get less preference compared to merit list students during getting jobs even if both their btech marks r equally good?do the companies want 2 c the competitive exm ranks while giving jobs???
